Delivery

Our nationwide distribution hub is located in Drogheda, County Louth, Ireland. We use our own specialized delivery vehicles and professional drivers to ensure your goods arrive in perfect condition and in a timely manner. Once your order has been processed Contemporary Bathrooms will issue you with a delivery date and a 2-hour time window for delivery, which we strive to achieve at all times. Our normal delivery times range between 3 to 10 days working days. Customer satisfaction is very important to us, this is why we endevour to keep our customers updated with their order status and any potential delays that may occur during processing/delivery.

Refunds & Returns

First and foremost, if any issues occur with your order you will be dealt with in a polite and timely manner. Our 'money back guarantee' means you are welcome to receive a full refund just for changing your mind, within 14 days after delivery. The goods must be returned to us in good condition and complete with its original packaging. You must inform us by email or in writing of your wish to return the goods. We do not charge a re-stocking fee and this does not affect your statutory rights. If there is a fault with a product then this will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis, and in agreement with you, will usually involve an exchange of the product in a very timely manner.
